A Gift of LoveThe passengers on the bus watched sympathetically as the attractive young woman with the white cane made her way carefully up the steps. She paid the driver and, using her hands to feel the location of the seats, walked down the aisle and found the seat he'd told her was empty. Then she settled in, placed her briefcase on her lap and rested her cane against her leg. It had been a year since Susan, 34, became blind. Due to a medical misdiagnosis she had been rendered sightless, and she was suddenly thrown into a world of darkness, anger, frustration and self-pity. And all she had to cling to was her husband, Mark.Mark was an Air Force officer and he loved Susan with all his heart. When she first lost her sight, he watched her sink into despair and was determined to help his wife gain the strength and confidence she needed to become independent again. Finally, Susan felt ready to return to her job, but how would she get there? She used to take the bus, but was now too frightened to get around the city by herself. Mark volunteered to drive her to work each day, even though they worked at opposite ends of the city. At first, this comforted Susan, and fulfilled Mark's need to protect his sightless wife who was so insecure about performing the slightest task.Soon, however, Mark realized the arrangement wasn't working. Susan is going to have to start taking the bus again, he admitted to himself. But she was still so fragile, so angry - how would she react? Just as he predicted, Susan was horrified at the idea of taking the bus again."I'm blind!", she responded bitterly. "How am I supposed to know where I am going? I feel like you're abandoning me."Mark's heart broke to hear these words, but he knew what had to be done. He promised Susan that each morning and evening he would ride the bus with her, for as long as it took, until she got the hang of it. And that is exactly what happened. For two solid weeks, Mark, military uniform and all, accompanied Susan to and from work each day.
He taught her how to rely on her other senses, specifically her hearing, to determine where she was and how to adapt to her new environment. He helped her befriend the bus drivers who could watch out for her, and save her a seat. Finally, Susan decided that she was ready to try the trip on her own. Monday morning arrived, and before she left, she threw her arms around Mark, her temporary bus-riding companion, her husband, and her best friend. Her eyes filled with tears of gratitude for his loyalty, his patience, And his love. She said good-bye, and for the first time, they went their separate ways. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday... Each day on her own went perfectly, and Susan had never felt better. She was doing it! She was going to work all by herself. On Friday morning, Susan took the bus to work as usual. As she was paying the fare to exit the bus, the driver said, "Boy, I sure do envy you." Susan wasn't sure if the driver was speaking to her or not. After all, who on earth would ever envy a blind woman who had struggled just to find the courage to live for the past year? Curious, she asked the driver, "Why do you say that you envy me?"The driver responded, "It must feel good to be taken care of and protected like you are." Susan had no idea what the driver was talking about, and again asked, "What do you mean?"The driver answered, "You know, every morning for the past week, a fine-looking gentleman in a military uniform has been standing across the corner watching you as you get off the bus. He makes sure you cross the street safely and he watches until you enter your office building. Then he blows you a kiss, gives you a little salute and walks away. You are one lucky lady." Tears of happiness poured down Susan's cheeks. For although she couldn't physically see him, she had always felt Mark's presence. She was lucky, so lucky, for he had given her a gift more powerful than sight, a gift she didn't need to see to believe - the gift of love that can bring light where there is darkness.

THREE THINGS TO HAPPY LIFE.......!!
TO LEAD A HAPPY LIFE--
THREE THINGS ARE VERY ESSENTIAL.................
to keep brain as ice factory........
tounge as sugar factory........
and heart as wax factory....
TRY IT........

happy

How to Be Happy
Nobody is happy all the time, but some people are definitely more fulfilled than others, and it doesn"t seem to have much to do with material goods or high achievement---things many people spend a lotof their time worrying about. So what do they have that you don"t?
Steps
Relax. Lighten up. Don"t take yourself too seriously. Try not to over analyze things. Stress can cause many mental, physical, and spiritual problems in your life. One of the major causes of stress is worrying about things that are out of your control. Learn to recognize these things and if you can truly do nothing about them, then just let them go. Take time to laugh at yourself and the situations you find yourself in. Laughter is a powerful, positive medicine and the calmer and more peaceful you can take things, the happier your life will be. It wouldn"t be life if some bad things don"t happen.
Take the good with the bad. No one is happy all the time. Everyone has something of sorrow intermingled with the gladness of life. The trick is to make the laughter outweigh the tears. We cannot change the past, but we can enjoy today, and look to the future. If we are prepared to take ownership for the past and accept that everything that"s happened in our life, good and bad, has made us the person we are - the battle is half won.
Be thankful. A key component of happiness is acceptance - learning to be grateful for what you have. A lot of people know it but don"t keep it in their minds. Comparing your life with others is dangerous. Accept the gifts you have and know that no one is better than or less than anyone else"s. Keep a "gratitude journal". Every day, write down a few things that you are thankful for and then review what you have written in past entries. It"s a great way to remind yourself to be thankful for what you have and to boost your mood.
Beyourself. Much criticism is caused by people who are discontented with themselves, not with you. One way to get in touch with yourself is through journaling, diaries or (lately) blogs.Your goal may be to open up completely to yourself and learn to be your own best friend by being completely honest with yourself. What do you want out of life? What makes you trulyhappy? Who do you want to be?
Pursue goals that make you happy. Strive for long term goals rather than short term satisfaction. It"s very easy to gain short term satisfaction--a quick high, a fast relief from your current problems (such as drugs, alcohol, sex). But it is what it is, a "short term" satisfaction, and the effects die out very soon, leaving you with an empty feeling that is sometimes worse than before. Set long term goals, goals which take time, thought, and effort to achieve. This will make you continually work towards improving yourself bit by bit and will give you the satisfaction of bringing a permanent change in your life.
Focus on the positive. If the thoughts you are thinking are not giving you that "good feeling", then think about something else that will make you feel good in that moment. Observe your thoughts and ideas consistently throughout the day (diary/journal if possible). Sometimes this may not be as easy as you think if you are stuck in a "negative" train of thought and your brain chemicals are getting fired up and forming "anxiety or anger" thoughts. Anxiety, fear and anger patterns can be interrupted by focusing on something else. This will dissipate the rush of chemicals that are making you feel bad. Immediately then go back to picturing scenes/remembering things/imagining, planning stuff that makes you feel good.
Develop healthy relationships.
Family. If you want a stronger relationship with your family, you"re going to need to be honest with them. Tell your family about your life and don"t insult them - it hurts them just as much as it hurts you to be insulted. If you are in an abusive family, you must find a way to stop the abuse and that may include separation.Have a healthy relationship. If you"re dating, get involved with activities that reflect who you are, and get to know people who like the things you do. Get involved with someone who loves life and pursues happiness the way you do. If you"re in a relationship, strive to make that relationship healthy.
Choose your friends carefully. Nearly everyone needs someone who cares for them and treats them well. If you have friends who are treating you badly, or are not supportive of you and your goals to improve your life, then ditch them and find friends that do care about you. If you can"t find any friends like that in your current circumstances, then look elsewhere. If you"re feeling sad, there"s nothing like going out with your friends to make you feel better. Surround yourself with friends who are positive, encouraging, and helpful. We all need this continuing, positive encouragement to make solid positive progress in life.
Make someone else happy. When you"re feeling powerless to create happiness in your life, do something to make someone else--anyone--happy, and you"ll remember how easy it really can be. Isn"t it true the happiest people we know are typically the ones who for some foolish reason are always ready to give you the clothes off their back? And frequently it is true that the most discontented people are the ones who are selfish, demanding, and inconsiderate of others. The happiest days of our lives, when we really dig down deep, is when we see the smile on the face of a person who we care about. Even helping a stranger can remind you of how much you really have, because of how much you can give. Serve at a rescue mission and you will learn the meaning of "I cried because I had no shoes and then I met a man who had no feet."

seavy.

As we sat there silent
I was reminded of all the reasons why I hate you
Your smile,
and the way it confused me
Your laugh,
and the way it seemed to mock me
Your eyes,
and the way they looked into mine and pretended not feel a thing.

As we lay there quiet
I was reminded of all the reasons why I like you
Your smile,
and the way it teased at me seductively
Your laugh,
and the way it tempted me
Your eyes,
and the way they seem to hypnotize me

As we stand here now
I am reminded of all the reasons why I love you
Your smile,
and the way it brings such life into me
Your laugh,
and the way it makes everything okay
Your eyes,
and the way they seem to read my thoughts

Love always begets love. But remember one golden rule.. whever ever there is love, quarrel can''t be far away. After we learnt to cry we learnt to laugh, after falling down and stumbling we learnt to walk. After we love we learn to quarrel but after quarrel the love becomes so sweet.

All i can't say.........

There are so many words I cannot say, when I look into your eyes. I want to be able to tell you one day, but I'm left speechless every time that I try.

You must have stumbled across the key, and discovered so much more. You found a hidden place in me, you found my heart and opened the door. And I cried in pain of losing my dear friend.

Will it ever be the same again? If it passes will it be the end? I realized it was worth so much, as I lie in bed that night. So I allowed my soul to be touched, without even putting up a fight. Are my eyes deceiving me, when I see you standing there? Are you playing games, just to prove I care?

You speak my name in a prelude, in a reference to love, with such loving attitude, as if it were a message from above. With the palms of your hands pressed firmly against mine, a white doves lands, and the sun begins to shine.

Someday I will see, though that day has not come yet. You'll say you love me, but will you ever forget? If that happens and my spirit dies, if my emotions drop, will you want to hold me when I cry? Or will the love just suddenly stop? We can't expect to fall in love and never cry.

You'll stay and play your part, but after the beauty starts to die, will your footprints still be on my heart? Though it would be hard to say goodbye, your friend I'll always be, as long as we always try, to keep the friendship between you and me.

The letter I will not send will casually inquire, how could you have brought it to an end? I was your one desire. After this life is over, you'll be one person I know I'll miss.

It'll be too late to start over, and so I leave you with this... I'll hold you for a lifetime, if you'll just hold my hand. We could have a wonderful time, in the days we have not yet planned....

HAPPY & HAPPY & HAPPY! ALWAYS
How to Get Happy when You"re Sad

Everyone can feel a bit down and sad sometimes, and it totally stinks. Here are some ways to cheer up.
Call up a friend to talk about it (or to get your mind off it).Watch a funny movie, preferably one that you"ve already seen and liked.Exercise! Go for a walk, a jog, or a bike-ride. Doing this will make your body release endorphins and adrenaline through your body which will make you feel better physically and emotionally.
Be spontaneous. Sometimes a consistent and boring routine can make you feel bad. Do something out of the blue, but don"t make any rash decisions.Paint a picture. Express your feelings with color and shapes.Think about good memories. If you"ve lived through them Once, than you can definitely have them again. Just because things may seem bad right now doesn"t mean that tomorrow they will be.Take a shower. You will feel happier and refreshed.Get out of the house! The fresh air will make you feel better. Go somewhere with a friend, a family member, or even by yourself. See a movie, shop, go on a picnic, etc. Staying inside is like trapping yourself inside your depression.Listen to music. Don"t listen to sad music - try listening to energetic tunes or a song that inspires you or reminds you of good times.Have a good cry. Sometimes the sadness stays inside your head if you try to force yourself to be happy.Try to let the tears out at the most appropriate time, mainly the best time when you are alone. Do this, and you might feel more relieved of your sad feelings, as if it "got off your chest" Put your feelings into perspective. Is what you"re upset about really as important as you think? Did it seem to heavily affect more on yourself than those around you? If you sulk about little problems, like not receiving a perfect grade or spilled milk, then you"re going to feel sad a lot more easily. Not all of your problems require you to use your head, especially not ones that are very serious like the loss of a loved one. If you use reason to cheer yourself up, chances are you"ll feel a lot less stressed.Eat something that you love and let your feeling go into the food/drink and don"t eat/drink the last bite/sip where are you sadness will end.

letter 2 ............................................................????????????

Letter to Lord ShriKrishna!!!

Little Bobby came into the kitchen where his mother was making dinner.
His birthday was coming up and he thought this was a good time to tell his mother what he wanted.
Mom, I want a bike for my birthday.
Little Bobby was a bit of a troublemaker.
He had gotten into trouble at school and at home.
Bobby's mother asked him if he thought he deserved to get a bike for his birthday.
Little Bobby, of course, thought he did.
Bobby's mother wanted Bobby to reflect on his behavior over the last year.
Go to your room, Bobby, and think about how you have behaved this year.
Then write a letter to krishna and tell him why you deserve a bike foryour birthday.
Little Bobby stomped up the steps to his room and sat down to write krishna a letter.
**************
Letter 1
Dear krishna,
I have been a very good boy this year and I would like a bike for my birthday.
I want a red one.
Your friend,
Bobby
**************
Bobby knew that this wasn't true. He had not been a very good boy this year,
So he tore up the letter and started over.
**************
Letter 2
Dear krishna,
This is your friend Bobby. I have been a good boy this year and Iwould like
A red bike for my birthday. Thank you.
Your friend,
Bobby
**************
Bobby knew that this wasn't true either. So, he tore up the letter andstarted again.
**************
Letter 3
Dear krishna,
I have been an OK boy this year. I still would really like a bike for my birthday.
Bobby
**************
Bobby knew he could not send this letter to krishna either. So, Bobbywrote a fourth letter.
**************
Letter 4
krishna,
I know I haven't been a good boy this year. I am very sorry.
I will be a good boy if you just send me a bike for my birthday.
Please! Thank you,
Bobby
**************
Bobby knew, even if it was true, this letter was not going to get him a bike.
Now, Bobby was very upset. He went downstairs and told his mom that hewanted to go to temple.
Bobby's mother thought her plan had worked, as Bobby looked very sad.
Just be home in time for dinner, Bobby's mother told him.
Bobby walked down the street to the temple on the corner.
Little Bobby went into the temple and up to the altar.
He looked around to see if anyone was there.
Bobby bent down and picked up a statue of the radha.
He slipped the statue under his shirt and ran out of the temple, down the street, into the house, and up to his room.
He shut the door to his room and sat down with a piece of paper and a pen.
Bobby began to write his letter to krishna.
**************Letter 5
krishna,
I'VE KIDNAPPED YOUR GIRLFRIEND. IF YOU WANT TO SEE HER AGAIN, SEND THEBIKE!!!!!!

thanx to father

A Prayer for Parents
Dear Heavenly Father, Make me a better parent.Teach me to understand my children, to listen patiently to what they have to say and to answer all their questions kindly.
Keep me from interrupting them, talking back to them and contradicting them.Make me as courteous to them as I would have them be to me.Give me the courage to confess my sins against my children and to ask them forgiveness when I know that I have done them wrong.
Grant that I may never vainly hurt the feelings of my children.Forbid that I should laugh at their mistakes or resort to shame and ridicule as punishment.
Let me not tempt my child to lie or steal. So guide me hour by hour that I might demonstrate by all I say and do that honestly produces happiness.
Reduce, I pray, the meanness in me.May I cease to nag, and when I am out of sorts, help me O Lord, to hold my tongue.Blind me to the little errors of my children, and help me to see the good things they do.
Give me a ready word to honest praise.Help me to grow up with my children, to treat them as those of their own age, but let me not expect of them the judgements and conventions of adults.
Allow me not to rob them of the opportunity to learn for themselves, to think, to choose and to make decisions.Forbid that I should ever punish them for my selfish satisfaction.
May I grant them all their wishes that are reasonable,And may I have the courage always to withhold a privilege which I know will do them harm.
Make me fair and just, and considerate and companionable to my children that they will have a genuine esteem for me.Make me fit to be loved and imitated by my children.
Amen.
